Well, Amanda, attitude is indeed largely under our control but in a broad sense, to me anyway, heaven is a place we call Quabbin, the place where I raised my children, the place where I belong. I retire in 2 years so Quabbin and I will be reunited and when that happens, no one west of the Hudson will see this boy again.
